What MEDVi tells you up front
From MEDVi's public pages and the FDA warning-letter database.
Compounded semaglutide advertised at $99 for the first month, with refills "locked in at $199." Tablets start at $249; brand-name options are a $99 membership plus medication cost.
Refund policy published: full refund if you cancel within 72 hours and haven't received services, or if a clinician disqualifies you. No refund for the current or earlier months on monthly plans. Two clauses on the same page contradict each other.
Names partner pharmacies with addresses (Triad Rx, RedRock Pharmacy, Beaker Pharmacy & Compounding) but not which one fills your order.
Names the medical groups (OpenLoop Health and CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s), not individual clinicians.
