The Disclosure Index only reflects what your public website tells a patient before they pay. Publish the missing information, send us the page, and we'll re-check it. There's no fee, and partnership status has no effect on the result.
How it's scored
Six facts, one point each.
- The price. What is my total monthly cost, including membership, labs and shipping?
- Your state. Do you serve my state, and does my state require a live visit?
- Refunds. What is refunded if I'm not approved, or if I stop early?
- The pharmacy. Which licensed pharmacy fills my order?
- The prescriber. Who reviews my case, and what are their credentials?
- Cancelling. How do I cancel, and is there a fee or notice period?
A fact counts when a patient can find it on your public site without creating an account. FDA warning letters are shown separately and aren't part of the score. We record the date of every check.
